Management is a key tool in implementing responsible operations in practice. The Group’s management reconciles the duties and limits laid down and/or approved by our owner, the strategic targets required for the success of the Group’s commercial units, the learning potential of working communities and people’s commitment to changes.

The HYY Group’s senior decision-making body is the Executive Management, which comprises the directors and assistant directors of the Group’s companies and various business areas.
