Responsible management

 
Management is a key tool in implementing responsible operations in practice. The Group’s management reconciles the duties and limits laid down and/or approved by our owner, the strategic targets required for the success of the Group’s commercial units, the learning potential of working communities and people’s commitment to changes.

The HYY Group’s senior decision-making body is the Executive Management, which comprises the directors and assistant directors of the Group’s companies and various business areas. Information flow between these units is further aided by a so-called extended Management Group, which also includes managerial level staff in addition to senior management. The Group’s Executive Management and Management Group meet on a regular basis.
