The Old Student House functions as a scene for different types of festivity events, meetings, gala evenings and concerts. During the summer, the sunny terrace favours tourists as well as the people in Helsinki.
The welcoming old-world atmosphere of  Restaurant Viola is a lovely setting for a special occasion.
Situated in beautiful vaulted rooms, Gustus&Vera is one of the coziest restaurants in the centre of Helsinki.

• Hostel Academica’s net sales amounted to EUR 1.1 million and profit before extraordinary items to EUR 0.3 million. The company employed an average of 12 people over the summer.
  

• UniCafe’s net sales amounted to EUR 14.9 million and profit before extraordinary items to EUR -0.3 million. The company employed an average of 178 people. UniCafe restaurants sold over two million lunches in 2009.
